- unagame reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in the suspension or termination of your account.
- Persons who have voluntarily registered for self-exclusion — whether through unagame's internal tools or through any PAGCOR-administered exclusion registry — are not eligible to register or maintain an active account.
3. Account Registration and Security
- Each individual user is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the unagame platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any remaining balances.
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You further agree to promptly update your information to maintain its accuracy. unagame shall not be liable for any losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by you.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify unagame immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
- unagame will never ask for your password via any channel — including email, live chat, or telephone. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to unagame support immediately.
- Account credentials are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account to any third party.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
- All deposits and withdrawals on the unagame platform are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Supported payment channels include GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph, subject to availability.
- unagame does not accept deposits from third parties. All funds deposited into your unagame account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

5. Bonuses and Promotions
- All bonuses and promotional offers made available by unagame are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements as published alongside each offer. By claiming any bonus, you agree to those specific terms.
- Bonuses are non-cashable and non-transferable unless otherwise explicitly stated. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they must first be converted to real-money funds by meeting the applicable wagering requirements.
- unagame reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. In cases of suspected abuse, manipulation, or exploitation of any promotion, unagame may void all associated winnings and suspend the account under review.
- A player may be eligible for one welcome bonus only. Subsequent accounts created for the purpose of claiming additional welcome bonuses constitute prohibited conduct.
6. Game Rules and Fair Play

7. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the unagame platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities:

- Collusion with other players or any form of coordinated cheating in skill games such as Rummy.
- Use of stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment methods for deposits.

8. Intellectual Property

9. Limitation of Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, unagame shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the platform.
- unagame does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption or error. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may temporarily affect access.

11. Account Suspension and Closure

- Upon closure of an account for breach, all pending withdrawals may be suspended pending investigation. Funds determined to have been obtained through fraudulent or prohibited means will be forfeited.

12. Privacy
